Richard D. Egan
Mr. Egan focuses his practice in strategic
patent counseling including patent portfolio
evaluations, pre-litigation patent investigations,
opinions of counsel, developing intellectual
property strategies for emerging companies,
and intellectual property licensing. Mr. Egan
has also repeatedly served as a Technical
Advisor to Federal District Judges
in patent litigations.
Mr. Enders analyzes patent portfolios and
advises clients on related intellectual property
issues, including infringement and validity
analysis, and licensing matters. Mr. Enders
also engages in the preparation and
prosecution of patent applications
in a variety of technology areas.
Mr. Huston has an extensive background in patent prosecution, intellectual property transactions and litigation, particularly in software technology. His intellectual property transactions practice includes intellectual property financing, standards setting, patent pools, licensing, alliance agreements, joint ventures and investments. Mr. Huston’s transactions experience ranges from acquisitions and assertive licensing programs for Fortune 500 Companies to start-up formation, financing and operation.
Mr. Peterman dedicates his practice
to evaluating and protecting the intellectual property assets of his clients. His current
practice areas include patent related analysis,
pre-litigation investigations, opinions, patent procurement strategies, and intellectual
property counseling issues. His clients are
active in the electrical, computer, software
and semiconductor technology fields.
Ms. Fisher focuses on intellectual property matters with an emphasis in patent preparation and prosecution in the electrical, mechanical and biomedical arts. Her patent work has included integrated circuit design, semiconductor fabrication, electromagnetic systems, RF antenna design, computer systems and networking, sensors and security systems, wireless communications systems, and solid state lighting. Other areas of focus include various forms of medical diagnostic systems, implantable devices and medical instrumentation.
Ms. Lettang’s practice concentrates on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications (U.S. and foreign), patent portfolio management, prior art searching, as well as infringement, validity and freedom-to-operate patent analysis. She works on a vast range of technologies in the medical, oil, integrated circuit, software, automotive, biotechnology, and watercraft industries as well as other fields in chemical, electrical and mechanical arts.
